采用的以鎂晶板加玻纖棉為保溫隔熱材料，具有良好的保溫隔熱效果。用以外墻的保溫板，有效的避免墻體的“冷橋”現(xiàn)象，100mm左右厚的墻體，保溫性能可相當于1m厚的磚墻。

  耐火性

  檢測數(shù)據(jù)表明，鎂晶板材與輕鋼龍骨組成的墻體的耐火極限可達4小時，達到國標防火規(guī)范的防火阻燃標準。

  隔音性

  高密度面層高壓復合而成的鎂晶板，內部的全閉孔結構使其墻體隔音效果可達60分貝。

  環(huán)保性

  干作業(yè)施工，減少廢棄物對環(huán)境造成的污染，房屋鋼結構材料及鎂晶板均可100%回收，符合環(huán)保意識。鎂晶板甲醛釋放量為0.15mg/L，完全達到歐洲標準E0級，施工完成即可入住，業(yè)主使用無需等待。

  快捷性

  施工不受環(huán)境季節(jié)影響。鎂晶板施工便捷，可以很方便地運用木工鋸（100到120齒）來切割，使用氣動射釘槍、自攻釘?shù)仍O備進行固定也更經濟快捷。
